Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer treatment for adult scoliosis even without a medical diagnosis?

- Yes, our clinic specialized in adult scoliosis welcomes patients without a prior diagnosis. A complete postural assessment is performed during the first consultation to provide a personalized plan including scoliosis exercises and adapted postural correction.

How many sessions are needed to relieve chronic back pain?

- The number of sessions depends on your condition and response to treatment. In general, for persistent low back pain or chronic sciatica, improvement is often seen after 2 to 4 sessions. Our combined approach allows long-term postural correction.

Do your services include neuro-vertebral decompression?

- Yes, we offer decompression table treatments for herniated discs, lumbar stenosis, or spinal tension. This method is ideal for relieving pain between the shoulder blades and improving spinal alignment.

What clothes should I wear for a postural consultation?

- We recommend comfortable, fitted clothing (leggings, t-shirt, or sports bra) to facilitate posture analysis and functional exercises. This allows better observation of deformities such as round back or kyphosis.

Are consultations covered by insurance in Quebec?

- Yes. As a certified osteopath and kinesiologist, Anton Sheremet issues official receipts accepted by most insurance companies in Quebec. Please check with your insurer for details.

Can I consult for issues other than back pain?

- Absolutely. We also treat digestive disorders, chronic headaches, pregnancy-related pain, and circulation issues. Our approach is global and functional.
